I haven't see any documented approach for this. I would suggest you to send an email to SAS Support - support@sas.com for more info.

You are right Anand, I couldn't able to find any SAS Doc on this, thanks for your response, will try to get help from SAS Support.

Typically when me migrate from one version of SAS to next higher version, there is a migration script in the SAS depot.
You can look there or as Anand said contact SAS Support
