Heap memory options in Web application server

Hi,

How can I update the HeapMemory options in SAS web application server?

We recently configured alerts for this server in Environment Manager, noticed that Heap memory usage is high.

Windows Server 2012 R2

SAS Office analytics - 9.4 M6

All in one server

Hi @vkrishna 

You can follow this link in order to tune the JVM options. If you are facing regular JVM java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space issues then I would recommend you to raise a track with SAS Tech support to tune it as per your environment.
