A big flag is the text about the DATEs involved. SAS licenses, and the associated installation files, are date dependent. If you attempt to install past the date the license file is good for then it will not install. NOT corrupted, EXPIRED.
Contact who ever manages your contracts for SAS licensing to get the correct time period license file (SID file).
The fact that you say only 2 of 10 installs gets this means that perhaps you haven't read all the message carefully or there is something very funky going on with the date clocks somewhere.
