Enterprise Guide 7.1 fails to submit grid job

HI Tim,

We got same issue, could you please let us know how to resolve. 

ERROR [00000000] :sas - PROVIDER(Platform): Bad host name, host group name or cluster name
ERROR [00000000] :sas - Grid job failed to run.
ERROR [00000000] :sasuser@xxxxxxxx Grid job failed to run.
ERROR [00000000] :sasuser@xxxxxxxx - The launch of server SASApp - Workspace Server for user sasuser@xxxxxx failed.
ERROR [00000000] :sasuser@xxxxxx - The specified uuid F6933E86-DA16-F345-8774-FF77898BF585 did not match any process managed by this spawner.

Please tell us how to resolve.

I'm a new admin, but this, "The specified uuid 1CBF12F1-9C22-9E40-B0D2-D481F0758D1E did not match any process managed by this spawner."  appears to me that haven't setuid for the installation or upgrade on that server.
