DataFlux: error when importing business rules

Good day

I am trying to import business rules into my UAT repository and am getting the errors as depicted in the attachment.

I have asked our SQL DBAs to ensure I have read and write access on the database, and I also have full access to the file storage system. Has anyone ever encountered errors like these and do you perhaps have advice on how to resolve it, please?
