Create SAS metadata base library in SMC/DI with a macro variable in the library name

Is there a way we can create metadata base libraries with a macro variable in the library name ?

I know we can do it thorugh code but not sure with GUI. 

ex:- libname test "/data/test/&test./libraries";

I have done this.
create a library with dummy path and edit the path later with macro varaiable
