We are running VA 7.4.  According to the Visual Analytics Administration Guide, it looks like additional autoload processes must reference folders within the "autoload-data-branch" (on the server in sas\config\Lev1\AppData\SASVisualAnalytics\VisualAnalyticsAdministrator\AutoLoad).  I just want to make sure that is actually the case.  Or is there a way to have the Autoload process look for the autoload folder on a shared network drive.

Thank you!

As long as the "shared drive" appears as a local drive (no UNC paths), SAS should be able to use it.
Meaning, no \\host\folder paths. Instead, better map the shared folder as a logical volume in the server, then you can use it for the AutoLoad folder as long as all the pre-requisites are in place

Thanks for the quick response. I will give this a try.
