Hi,

Would like to know what are the types of certificates I can apply on SAS 9.4.

Is it possible to use the Enterprise certificate?

Thank you!

With SAS 9.4 you can apply for Base as well as advanced SAS Certification. If you are well versed with it go for Advanced Certification.

By  "Enterprise certificate" do you mean Enterprise Guide or Enterprise Minner. Different SAS Certification program signify differnt types of knowledge within SAS. For eg. Enterprise Guide certificate will not convey that you are a expert in Base SAS coding and vice versa.

So i would suggest to go for a sample test for both Advanced and judge you level. Then go ahead with the certification.

Hello @jei,

I guess @ankit___gupta got confussed a bit, since I believe he answered to a question related to sas certifications.

Coming back to your question, all the details you look for are on the SAS Security Administration Guide:

PDF version: http://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/bisecag/69827/PDF/default/bisecag.pdf

HTML version: http://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/bisecag/69827/HTML/default/viewer.htm#titlepage.htm

But long story short: you will need certificates on PEM format. Quick explanation here:

http://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/secref/69831/HTML/default/viewer.htm#n0z2rzwzxh81czn12ug...

Kind regards,

Juan
