Administrator privilege for Process Manager installation

Executing the Process Manager (PM) installation file (.msi),
I keep getting a pop-up box asking me the administrator privilege while I have one by executing the file through the command terminal with the ADMINISTRATOR PRIVILEGE.
(Windows 10)
I wonder if there is any surest way to fulfill the administrator privilege for the installation with this .msi file.

The installer account (the user id through which you are installing) should be a member of the administrators group on the machine. In Windows 10, the user should made the administrator.
