Thanks for reply and some funky hidden character from zipcode was giving error and I changed all the zipcode to left(fields,5) and it works.

Hi Melanie, I tried both and didn't work.. I changed the file to xlsx format and it works. I'm not sure why CSV file and sas file format is not working all of sudden just for this file..
