HI I have 3 columns Named ad : ID, Country and Segment. From these 3 columns I want to create two new columns named as "Ïtem" and "Group"..........So when i find "Premier" then new column Should contain "1" and "Item1" in new columns.....Please find attached file as an example . @sasprogramming

I want to identify the purchasing date based on Quantity amount being present, and then take suffix of the column as date as shown below. Here in below example i want to create a column name Purchase date where date value is reflecting the moment customer purchase any quantity. I wanted to calculate holding period of mutual fund, If the quantity is sold in any month then the program should automatically create a new column called Holding period and then calculate the difference of duration as shown in below table. For example for mutual fund no :124, The current month quantity is 3000 and previous month was 4000 that means its sold in this month by 1000 unit. But if the quantity is never sold like for mutual fund no :236 then it should give the duration from current month till first month.
