Installed with SAS Enterprise Guide, there are over 130 data sets provided as samples. These are in PROGRAMFILES\SASEnterpriseGuide\5.1\Sample (for EG 5.1).
I've attached the AboutSampleData.txt file, also included in that directory, which describes each data set and what types of analysis it might be suited for.
