Prior to being Principal Solutions Architect at SAS, Eric has held marketing leadership roles at T-Mobile, Getty Images, Eddie Bauer, and BagBorrowOrSteal.com. Eric’s expertise spans consumer and B2B, cross-channel, cross-business, customer-centric marketing intelligence and research, customer retention and acquisition as well as credit card and customer loyalty programs. Currently at SAS, Eric is focused in two areas: 1) creating and delivering global enablement training on leading edge marketing system products to SAS professional services consultants, and 2) providing expert marketing and business best practice services to help SAS projects and customers achieve their goals.
