Hello SAS expert, Question : Can we use Redshift JDBC driver with SAS Access to JDBC ? If it is possible, Can we use Bulkload option with same ? I checked the available documentation and could not find the example with Redshift JDBC driver with SAS Access to JDBC product and about Bulkload option. Review the existing SAS and Redshift documentation. Thanks.

Thank you @BrunoMueller and @SASKiwi. I will look at IMSTAT procedure in more details. This answers are helpful. What I am trying to do is to find out a familiar SQL way to query memory tables in VA either from SAS VA interface or EG and execution should happen in VA memory in place of it uses traditional IO. Any insight on below questions will help. Is there any interface within SAS VA where we can write down queries same as it is written in SAS EG ? or some simple code within IMSTAT proc , which allows user to write proc sql ? Regards, Fahim

Thanks for answer. Question is : Will execution happen in memory or at standard SASAppVA workspace server ? I am looking for method to query in memory table and execution of query should be in memory. Regards, Fahim

Hi Community members, Need assistance on one topic. Product name : SAS Visual Analytics Issue : Querying in memory LASR table in SAS. Description : SAS dataset is loaded into memory in Visual Analytics in SAS LASR server and it can be used successfully in SAS VA reports. Question : Can we query SAS LASR table or in memory table using SAS EG or proc sql or any other way ? Same question in another way : I am trying to understand whether we can query in memory SAS table any way ? Thanks for your help in advance, as always. Regards, Fahim

Hi Community members , Want to assign specific resources to SAS forecasting studio project in SAS GRID environment. In SAS GRID workspace server I can see SAS Enterprise guide listed to which queue can be assigned, but SAS forecasting studio is not available. Is there any other way we can achieve this ? SAS FS 13.2 version SAS GRID 9.4M2 Thanks in advance. Regards, Fahim

Hi Guys , I faced same issue last week while trying to login first time using EG 6.1 with 9.4 as server using LDAP mechanism ( domain\userid ). What I saw was , I logged in to each SAS server using PUTTY once and then it said my home directory got created successfully on server. Once I did that I tried to login through EG and ERROR did not appear again. As per my view , issue may be with SASUSER library , SASUSER library may be pointing to your home directory on server , but as you never logged in to system your home directory never got created and SASUSER was pointing to "unexist home directory". And so it was throwing error. Another link I came across is "http://support.sas.com/kb/40/920.html" Let me know your thinking around this. Regards, Fahim
