Ah ok I see. I think to answer your immediate question, there is no real way in Visual Analytics to simplify that URL further.
You can generate URLs to VA reports one of two ways, but both ways require a number of parameters in the URL in order to work.
The first way is the Share Report > Link menu option in VA, which can build the URL you used in your example there. It uses the reportSBIP parameter to point the metadata path of your report, and then the other other options you see in this Window will add additional parameters like printEnabled=true/false, reportViewOnly=true/false, etc. The second way is you can manually create your own URL following the page here: https://go.documentation.sas.com/doc/en/vacdc/7.5/vavwr/p0l4zt68r3id4wn1fk3y3kconfg4.htm
Although the only real difference here is instead of using reportSBIP to point to the report, it uses a combination of reportName and reportPath to find the report. It will also work with the same parameters from the Generate Link window (printEnabled, etc), and you can also provide VA parameters if you use them in your report for prompts, etc.
But if you're wanting to simplify the report link to something like http://server/myreport then I'm afraid VA can't do that.
Something relevant you might be interested in if you are ever in a position to move to SAS Viya is take advantage of the SAS Visual Analytics SDK, which allows you to embed Visual Analytics report content into your own web pages, so the URL for that web page can be what ever you want.
