Thanks for the information Falko & Satlr, I think there is some other issue with the installation/configuration and this problem is still not fixed. Actually SAS Support is still working on trying to fix this issue. Initially I was not able to see the default map and after SAS Support did some thing I was able to see the the default map in VSE & VSD, "I think they have done some changes in the config file." not sure what exactly they have changed/fixed. Now when I try to use the county with value "Viet Nam" in VSE & VSD I am getting the following error in the attachment. ... View more

Hi, I am new to SAS VA and not very sure on how to create data for "Geo Maps". After exploring on internet I create below data which I used in creating Geo Maps, but nothing worked out. I am not able to see the map. When contacted SAS support, they asked me to check if the Blade 0 server is having internet connection, when checked it was having access to internet.
