I'm not familiar with a dataset called ACCEPTS that comes with SAS Visual Analytics. Are you sure this is a SAS provided table, and if so which product it might be part of? For Visual Analytics, there is a CAS LIbrary called Samples that has several sample tables in it you might be able to use instead. I'm not aware of a data dictionary for any of them though but that might be intuitive enough to understand.
