Thanks Phil.   I am using Google Chrome (which was updated on 1/9/2025) I'm not sure why; the coding area was wired after I updated the Windows system; the backspace always lost function, and one click of a blank tab can erase all of the code, and the statement will get stuck, and I could not move any words or type in the coding area.  I still do not know what to do.
