SAS double to date conversion help please

We use SAS Viya. I need to convert  variables that are double type and datetime format. To give an example  29JAN2017:00:00:00.000000. I want to convert this just 29JAN2017 in order to make comparison between dates. I tried different types of conversion such as string and after that date but i got errors. If i can convert it to string i will sue substr function or trim. But as i said i could not do anything. Can you help me? Thanks a lot!   ... View more
