Hi,   I am sending emails with SAS CI360 including a date-merge tag based on on-prem data. The format for the date field in the IMAP is set to DDMMYYP8 (e.g. 13.12.2023). Also when exporting the date variable from CI360 to check, this is the date representation we see. Nevertheless when sending the email to customers, the format is changed automatically, and what the customers see is DDMMMYYY, e.g. 13DEC2023.   Does anybody know whats going wrong or what we do have to change to get the correct date representation or are there best practices?
