Upcoming legislation in EU & NA call upon companies to conform to new reporting and regulatory requirements. However, often times the structure of these reports are not defined in the laws. In our hack, we plan to develop metrics which could be used to report on these requirements and benchmark companies' supply chains. Specifically, we are looking at compliance with sustainability regulations such as forced labor, water use, land use & biodiversity. We are looking at measures such as density of non-compliance by country/geography and are designed to be consumed by sustainability professionals such as corporate sustainability managers, investors & regulators.
