The first issue is explained in 30964 - Visually complex SAS® Web Report Studio reports might display overlapping images in Microsoft Excel . The workaround is to open the  report directly using the SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office. The second issue could be different things depending on your release of Web Report Studio.
