I failed my first attempt at the SAS 9.4 Base Programming -- Performance-based exam today. I did not move a step from the first question until I decided to end the exam. My big problem was that I was not able to establish my libraries to access data from the cert library. I used libname cert "C:/" but it was just creating a new library that does not contain any data. I spent more than an hour of my exam trying to figure this out and get discourage and drop off. Can anyone help on how to get started during the exam? The platform I chose was SAS studio. ...
