Thank you for the reply. I am not sure what happened as it suddenly started working earlier this afternoon. It tried two different computers with different browsers. The second machine is actually a fairly clean installation, so it does not carry the baggage of my standard machine. Same results. The only thing I did different was downloaded a copy of the SAS Managed Downloader. I tried installing it, but did not have a software key to make it work. It was shortly after that download that the other file started downloading. Very strange situation, but I am working now.
