I would be grateful if someone could help me with the code to find an overall p-value for heterogeneity of association by age of onset. Our primary hypothesis test was heterogeneity test on a difference in the HR(hazard ratio) for one subgroup (age<45 years), the HR for another subgroup (age 45-55 years) and the HR for the third subgroup (55-65 years) as an ordinal statistical trend. Specifically, we assessed whether the magnitude of the subgroup-specific associations had an increasing or decreasing ordinal trend according to age.
