I had this credentials popup appear this morning during a save, and managed to type in 2 characters of my user name (but had not pressed the OK button) before it tried to continue the save. This locked up the SAS EG session and had to terminate it. Fortunately, on restarting, I recovered most of the code mods made before it locked up. It also asked for creds again on startup, but as the project was being recovered, not specifically on a save.
