  I am using phreg to analyze the my data. However, the control frequency of the last group among the four groups is '0'. In all most in 3D surface plots , X, Y, Z variable is continous variables. I was using "proc g3grid", "proc template", "proc sgrender", and "proc gcontour" for 3D surface plots.   In several papers, they showed that prevalence and continous variables.   Attached paper.
