What I have in 32 bit are : (1) SAS Data Set containing formats (2) SAS Code creating formats  (3) SAS Code assigning format to the data set   Now, I do not have SAS 32 bit anymore. My problem is that I cannot open the data set containing formats in 64 bit.  What I have done is that I rerun (2) which will create a format catalog file and (3), then the data set can be opened.  However, after I close the program, the dat set can not be opened again.
