Hi Reeza Thanks for the pointer. However my Hyper-V was disabled initially and still I was seeing the blank screen so this is what I did 1. Enabled Hyper-V restart the system 2. Disable Hyper-V restart the system and now I get the following error (VERR_NEM_MISSING_KERNEL_API). VT-x is not available (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX). Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005) Component: ConsoleWrap Interface: IConsole {872da645-4a9b-1727-bee2-5585105b9eed} Additionally in VMware I get this error VMware Player and Hyper-V are not compatible. Remove the Hyper-V role from the system before running VMware Player Any suggestions Thanks Rohit
