Good Afternoon,    I am hoping that there may be someone out there who I can possibly hire as a tutor to get me started on using claims data.    I never worked with administration/economic analyses before, and I while I have used relational databases before, etc., I'm all mixed up with using claims data and all their tables - especially for Medicaid and MarketScan.    If so, please respond to this add.
