Encryption of XPT-format files isn't supported. If this is an issue for you apparently PROC MIGRATE does support encryption: https://documentation.sas.com/?docsetId=movefile&docsetTarget=p0rwst58jh7zl0n115kbmamv0pyu.htm&docsetVersion=9.4&locale=en
