No idea about the certificate issue, just the file sharing issue. I would suggest opening a track with SAS Tech Support since you're a new installation and it may be a matter of settings. FYI - SAS Studio is an alternative to EG and supports shared code repositories similar to GitHub and you can share those across users. Not sure how that works in EG.
