I have created a subset of my base sas order excluding SAS Environment  Manager as we never use it, it is typical BASE SAS package and have installed PC Base sas on my work laptop and were able to run OQ test successfully. I am not able to run the IQ test at all.I tried through CMD and invoking sasiqt.exe .Neither works. Please advise if i miss any thing.Please note that this is not about failed IQ test.The executable file it self not invoking.
