Thanks for the reply. The service or my internet speed is really good. I actually downloaded it using Mozilla Firefox. Apparently the issue is with Google Chrome. It doesn't support large file downloads often. If we use a download manager or browsers that allow pause and continue for downloads it can be resolved.
