Hi: I don't know if anyone has suggested before. For the patch/hotfix updates email notification subscription, it would be very useful for us if it can indicate also, if the fix/patch is for which environment. Specifically, if it applies to Windows , Linux or both ? Take the case of SAS Viya 3.4 below, there is no indication regarding the env. Hi, we are given partner license for pre-sales purpose.   However, where/how can we get the license key that allowed us to download/install the same SAS components as our customer, so that we can setup the same environment as per our customer at our site in order to support them? This will also facilitate us to test SAS hotfix/patches before deploying at customer site.   Else, pls advise what is the practice to setup an environment to be the same (or as similar as possible) to customer's  ?   Thanks. ...
