Is it possible to get the base SAS programming specialist certification with access only to SAS EG 7.15?  Is it even possible to complete the required E-courses with only access to this version of SAS?  If not, which certifications would be possible for me to do the training and take the tests etc.?   I have been using SAS EG at work for several years now and feel it is time to get certified if there is one that I can do with this version of SAS. ...
