YTD and YOY in SAS VA

Hi,    I have a monthly report showing number of incoming calls, and want to show the totals and difference in % between YTD and YTD last year.Can anyone please guide me on how I can get YTD and YOY totals and change in a crosstable in VA?    Thanks!           ... View more
