Hi Chris,   yes I did, but I could not find anything online related to error 1.   However, I'd like to post the solution here: both my 1TB HDs were in bad shape (I had just bought a brand new computer from Dell). This is why SAS could not make any changes on the libraries assigned to the HDs. I talked to them and they replaced both HD. Aparently it is working fine now.   Thank you all,   Fernanda ... View more
