putting AI into HR
We are tackling the challenge of following rules and regulations in HR. With our approach we try to limit the search and maintenance work HR officers need to perform. The AI will read and understand internal documents and regulatory information, and translate it into a ruleset that later can be used on HR data. On this data, AI will take charge into pro-actively looking for trigger points, according to this ruleset and take action. It will involve HR personnel when needed. On top of that, AI will provide employees with advice when navigating through company information and payment packages.
