Hi ballardw, Thanks for you help. Actually, the dataset which I am working is a kind of transaction data. It contains about 80 variables with 200,000,000 observations. That is why I chose P2 method to estimate the medians. I will try larger number for qmarkers to see whether the estimate is more accurate. Thank you very much. Best, Vincent
