Use xml mapper to map the xml to a single table that contains all the information you need. In that map add the <OUTPUT> tags and tableref that single table.

To run an external command from SAS via Enterprise Guide, the workspace server needs to have XCMD enabled. That's the first and most important requirement. Then you need to know exactly how to run the software from the commandline. Verify this by logging on to your server with SSH and running the command.

If you want to take VA out of the picture then you could create an html form with a submit button and include that in VA. http://support.sas.com/kb/60/267.html However, if you are trying to inform the users to click on a row to run the stored process then you could create a Calculated category that simply has the words "Submit". Thus, you can setup report linking and link to the stored process.
