Hi All, I'm trying to draw figures with lines shown in the attachment file. As you can see, there are four lines totally, Two red lines represents CONT group, timepoint1 and timepoint2, seperately, but I want these two lines with different colors. The same problem with TX group (two blue lines). I tried to use series statement, but that doesn't work. Any clues or idea? Hi All, I have a dataset, and want to test the relationship between age and result. but my goal is draw a figure like the attachment file. Hi All, I have a dataset with two groups (treatment and control), and each patient has two timepoints (timepoint1 and timepoint2), I want draw a figure using Age and result like below with SAS 9.4. Anyone can give me some clue or example similar with this? The x-axis is Age and y-asix is Result, both are continuous variable. I want different color with different groups, different signs with different timepoints. Thanks so much, C

Hi All, How to convert character variables to numeric? I have data in excel like below: 4.7479438e+01 3.4455325e+01 2.5549948e+01 2.0816337e+01 2.2582412e+01 my code in sas is data new; set old; numeric = input(col1,10.6); run; but it doesn't work. The numeric column is missing values. Any idea??? Thanks, C

Hi Rick, Yes, I got this way before, but in this way, SAS outputs P-value table in as a matrix (as shown below). Then I have to write a long code to reorganize the p-values along with group comparison so they can display as one column (as the last column in the table shown in my question). I think that's a complex way.... Hi All, I am trying to do pairwise comparisons to see the difference of means within each two groups (I have four groups totally). But in the SAS output below, the last column shows which group comparison is significant or not. But I want to get the p-value of the last column, not just star signs. Any idea? Hi All, I have a column variable named Pvalue, then I use call symput to output a value. for example: I have a simple dataset below: variable Pvalue Pvalue_1 score 0.00003 <0.001 math 0.02 0.02 The format of Pvalue_1 is Pvalue5.3 get from Pvalue. I am using below code to output a variable's value: data _null_; set scatter1; if variable="score"; call symput("P", Pvalue_1); run; %put (&P); But the output P is 0.00003 not <0.001 Any idea to solve this? Hi All, I am using proc sgplot to plot a boxplot. but how can I add a star sign above the significance variables? this is my boxplot figure, I want to add a sign in the last two box (red and green) to mark them as significant, since there P-value less than 0.05.
