PC SAS 9.3 launch error

PC SAS 9.3 is failing to launch  with the below mentioned error normally,but when I open it using 'Run as administrator' it launches fine.   Can someone please help us to resolve the issue ?   ERROR: Assign for SASHELP.CORE catalog failed during SAS System ERROR: initialization. How to access SAS datasets present n Network share from SASEG

Hi,   I am trying to access the SAS datasets present in Network share from SAS Enterprise Guide But it doesn't work.   Though  my colleague is able to access them from PC SAS  using  libname statement ,I am unable to access them from EG.
