You can create a calculated item from the numeric and replace the missing values with 0.. something like IF ('Customer Engagement'n missing) RETURN 0                                                                ELSE 'Customer Engagement'n and name it as Customer_Engagement2 or something - then use that variable in the crosstab.    ... I don't think there is any way of hiding VA screen objects if they have no values. You can probably get something like what you want by using a List Table object with embedded gauges in each data row.
