Hi Jan,   It is SAS base 9.4, and it is running on a physical computer.  intel(R) Xeon(R) E5-2650 v4 2.2GHz, Windows 10, 64-bit.   I contact SAS support and told me to adjust some options in Windows, I did but the problem was not solved! They finally said that there is a issue between SAS and Windows compatibility and it takes time to be solved.  But, my colleagues with same computer and windows and same SAS version do not have this problem!   Thank you for your time, Arash   ...
