Hi, This is a long pet peeve of mine (sorry, we need to let it out sometimes:-). How (where) in SAS (as a SAS Admin), can you set the date display (ex: yyyy-mm-dd) for tools like "Environment Manager", "Visual Analytics Administration" or "Forecast Project Management"? It seems like it's a secret buried in the bowls of a North Carolina office somewhere! Hint appreciated! Thx.

Hi Marmont, If you can connect to Viya with SAS EG, you certainly can do the same with your .Net code. I think you just need scratch that part a little more. .Net examples with Viya will bloom shortly. Thank you, Yvan

Hi, You don't have to worry about SAS Base. As the name implies, in any platform/infrastructure, you get the full power of what comes with it. You should always have the choice of continuing to use SAS Base, even if SAS Eg is available. As for switching to SAS server, the only thing to worry about is server bandwidth and proper server power to accommodate flawlessly the whole group. If the server is scalable (which is the norm these days), everything should be fine. Happy coding, /Y

Hi, This baffals me. More than one year later and no reasonable SAS resource can answer this!!!! I am looking for the same thing, but using SAS code (eg proc IMSTAT TABLEINFO) but I can't get any sensible answer NO WHERE. I will update when there... Yvan

Hi, I run several SAS EG scheduled jobs on a Windows server. Using a VBS script and Task Manager all runs smoothly. Now I need to run scheduled jobs on a different SAS network. How can I force my SAS EG projects to run with a specific user profile? Rex
