We are looking into ways to help guide the formation of a good question, and we'll keep you updated on our ideas/progress.   Related to the different attachment types, we have to allow all of those because the communities are used for a variety of reasons and those file types are useful/helpful in some cases. I know it can be frustrating dealing with incomplete/complicated posts. Thanks for your input @Resa. Perhaps we can rephrase the invitation to simply indicate interest, as opposed to attendance. Though, since these are virtual events, the aspect of taking up a seat isn't a huge issue.   And, as @MichelleHomes noted, we do try to move the times around to accomodate as many people as possible. We typically get about a 40-50% attendance rate for our virtual SUGA events.
