Thanks JuanS_OCS but the first one didn't do any difference. Tried the second one (although that one seems to be for 7.1 (that I have uninstalled). I had a similar message in the log to the one they described. The note says to look out for this in the log: Certificate failed validation. This either means the package was not signed by a trusted authority or the certificate was revoked. Abort Install. My log says: Certificate validation failed. This is not a valid certificate. Issuer: CN=DigiCert SHA2 Assured ID Code Signing CA, OU=www.digicert.com, O=DigiCert Inc, C=US Subject: CN="SAS Institute, Inc.", OU=R&D, O="SAS Institute, Inc.", L=Cary, S=North Carolina, C=US UpdateViewModel - ModelOnDownloadUpdateCompleted() - System.ComponentModel.AsyncCompletedEventArgs However switching to the new AutoUpdate.exe didn't fix the issue...
