Hi Aaron, Currently the Flower and Garden Festival is going on at Epcot so there will be booths set up all around to sample (for a price) some amazing food creations. And Coral Reef restaurant although that may be harder to get into.   As for attractions, here are my recommendations: Spaceship Earth (save this for last when lines are shorter), Turtle Talk with Crush, Test Track, Mission Space, Soarin' (go here first as lines get really long and stay long), O Canada, and the movie in China. and the Butterfly Garden and the Tea Garden.
