To see how many rows that are actually being returned, you can do this:
Note: I do not recommend posting any query results to the community.
Open the report and select the list table.
Press CTRL+ALT+Q to open the query diagnostics window.
Next to the drop-down list with the name of the list table is a > icon. Click that icon to run the query just for that table.
When it is finished, more tabs will display in the window.
On the o Results tab, look at the bottom for the section that starts <DataFile>.
There are two values to look at here: rowCount and availableRowCount. rowCount is how many rows the table is displaying. availableRowCount is the number of rows actually returned. In this case, the availableRowCount is likely higher than the rowCount.
Next, look at the Server tab.
Scroll to the bottom where you will see propery names and their values. One of the values should match the rowCount you see on the oResults tab. This is the property that would have to be increased in order to display all available rows and avoid the warning.
